The room was nice and spacious but this is NOT family friendly hotel. The pool area STARTED blasting music at 9 p.m. even in the middle of the week and would keep it going until almost midnight so if you’re room is close to the pool area (and all rooms appear to be overlooking the pool) don’t plan on getting to sleep until after midnight (even with ear plugs). Not to mention that there was a thick white-ish colored substance on both of the decorative pillows on the beds that resembled a bodily fluid. The staff were abrupt and borderline rude. If you booked through Expedia, even if your confirmation didn’t say to present it to the staff be prepared to give them a copy because I was refused the key to my room until I produced the confirmation despite having providing them with the confirmation number, name on the reservation, and my passport as proof of identity.
