Multiple occasions now I have dealt with On Time drivers and have been astounded by the lack of common sense exhibited by them. Their livery and MAV drivers park literally in front of the ramps regularly, blocking access to walkways. They park haphazardly in the middle of the roads or over the lines in parking spots and then cop an attitude when asked to move from blocking the only accessway. The company really needs to teach its drivers to drive and park.

Donte , Will Will, Anthony , and Alex (dispatcher) are awesome emolyees. on time is the only transportation company in my area that I like to take, they surpass Jac medi and Tri-care by far in customer care and being literally on time and have way better vehicles . Nothing but good things to say about on time

They book your run then NO SHOW! I called about TOMORROW'S run and they cancelled the ride on the phone... TOTALLY NOT DEPENDABLE.

My family and I had a wonderful experience using OnTime for my grandmother. We would arrange for transportation for her and the staff was always very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend using OnTime for medical transportation!
