Most companies seem more interested in getting a big retainer than getting results. PR Group has been integral in our company's and our clients' exposure growth. Without a doubt, the worst PR group I've ever used. Vicki Southard, the owner, approached me to help market my book. She assured me her company, The PR Group, was high-end, quality shows. After having done over 500 interviews worldwide, I, in all modesty, knew what a quality show was—and when it wasn't. The shows she booked me on were horrendous. The shows were often so bad, she even offered to refund some of the money I paid. In addition, at least three of the shows stood me up, because her staff hadn't booked the interviews properly. A radio host out of Atlanta didn't even have command of basic English. As a radio host, that is not good. Not at all. It was awful! And, equally embarrassing for me and my work. The PR Group was a complete waste of time. And, waste of my money.
