I had my brother drop off a valuable TR-3A hardtop to be carefully packaged and shipped to Myrtle Beach, SC. The cost to ship was over $400. When it arrived in SC I could not believe how unprofessionally it was packaged. The hardtop itself was not secured to the pallet. They used single wall cardboard to protect the top with weak corner protectors, all held together with fiber bands. The fiber banding was OK, except that the banding was too strong for the flimsy cardboard box. The entire package arrived skewed on the pallet because the flimsy construction and weakness of the cardboard protection allowed the single cardboard sides to be bent in. This in turn caused the hardtop to be bent. The hardtop was damaged and the rear window was broken out. It's a $1,500 fix, however I didn't file a claim. I'm just going to post this review and let others beware, and warn them to just mail letters. Perhaps Pak Mail can handle that.
