I was working for company "A", when I hired Paradox Labs as a sub-contractor for a Magento development job ("A" did the specifications and design) that we were doing for our client, company "B", back in mid 2012. Paradox did a great job; they have some great developers especially Ryan Hoerr. Fast forward to Aug 2017, I now work for company "B", and we have kept Paradox as the development agency. Granted at times they are over-taxed with work, but they get the job done.

bad experience. Purchased extension, didnt work, refused to refund (1.5 months later) because 30 days over. Even though it had just been tested! and wouldnt work with all the order editors (would return error with credit card every time...tried two editors...)
