I've been waiting for plates since March 13 for my plates. They keep saying oh we get a shipment in mid day. I was told Friday. Thay should be in. mid day. I've wasted gas to get there cause they never answered there phones.i will never use this place ever again

EVERYONE AT PLS IS AMAZING. We have gone here for the last 23 years and it's only gotten better and better! This team knows what they are doing, and they get u through all of the crazy paperwork, rules, etc. and whatever the state can't figure out!! Thank u, as always, Ladies!

We had 1 lost title and 1 title from parents estate...Jenny and staff had both issues handled in 20 min. and plates arrived as promised. This probably would have taken 2 days and 6 hrs in line @the DMV...AAA+++

I really hate to give them a bad review, I usually have a great experience, but I sent my mother(70 yo) there and she was treated very badly by a gentleman there, he seemed to be racist, was very unprofessional and spoke to her rudely, luckily one of the ladies there intervened and took over the transaction, however, I will find another place to handle my license issues and I will no longer suggest this place to my family or friends

If I could give them a -10 I would. The staff that answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE and when I ask for the managers name they negative gave it to me. I would not recommend them to anyone. They need to go out of business and be replaced with a company that has customer services skills. Garbage!!
