Buyers beware when shopping with this company they don't handle our private information securely I have had the worse 48hrs of my life . I recently reached out to Park Seed (Jackson and perkins sister company) in regards to a wrong bare root rose i had received the representative i was spoke to was unprofessional . I reported her behavior , well it seems as if she was let go not because i asked , apparently she was given a chance and continued . Well this representative has stolen my information and has not stopped harassing me . This woman has all of my info ( i have ordered tons of roses from them ) and has sent multiple people my contact info and i have had to not accept anyone new because the will not stop harassing i cannot press charges because i don’t know her address , but how can a ex employee take a customers info when they leave and harass its 4 am and i cannot sleep thinking someone is going to hurt me and my child . My anxiety levels have had me in a state of shock . Guys idk what to do ? The company is trying to clean their hands they don’t realize the nightmare I’m living and probably don’t care . I work hard to have my little peace and now this has taken that from me because I’m hiding for something that was not my fault . ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
