They are rude, lazy, disrespectful, and unethical people. When I called to insure my new car,1) they did not return my call2) when asked questions regarding coverages, she screamed on the phone because I am asking too many questions3) she gave me many incorrect information and sold me coverages I do not need. Either they are unethical liers or ignorant. How do I know? I checked with department of insurance and other insurance companies afterward. When I called State Farm central office, they said they cannot talk to me but only my agent can answer for me. I am shopping for new auto insurance company. If State Farm still is the best fit for me, I am definitely requesting another agent. I am no longer giving them any of my business. The worst I have seen!!!!!
