I am giving Five Stars for SERVICE!!! Since everyone who drives has to have some form of auto insurance Patti and her gang make swallowing that insurance pill a bit better with their customer service. They have gone out of their way with us to really review our policies to see where we are lacking or what we can change. Adding a 16 year old boy to the driving pool was so worrisome for us but I was pleasantly surprised at how much effort went in to see which of our cars would be the best to put him on to help in the bottom line. Like I tried to spell out above, insurance is a necessary evil, but when you feel that you are being treated with respect and really helped, it makes smiling easier when it comes to insurance!
