I have been a customer for 8 or so year's never filed a claim but when I did for my roof due to storm damage I was informed that my deductible went up $1,000 dollars due to me not have there auto insurance which was switched to save money on my auto insurance. So just so you know if you pay this company thousands of dollars dollars over the years and never ask for anything that is how they thank you.With being said the staff is friendly and helpful. Just not sure about that policy
