HORRIBLE BUSINESS WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I recently purchased a motorcycle and didn't want to take time off work and spend hours at the DMV, so I took the old owners title to them. It was $220 to register my bike and the lady at the front desk took my old title from me and said a NEW one would be mailed to me and I would get it in 1-2 weeks. It's been 5 weeks and I still haven't received it so I went back in today and was told they don't know what happened, but for $53 they can ORDER ME a new one! I told them I'm not paying TWICE for the same title, so they said I could just go to/call the DMV to figure out what happened. That's when I lost it and said "THATS WHAT I PAID YOU FOR! To not have to deal with the DMV! it would have been FREE had I gone there originally!". At this point the manager heard my complaints from his office and stepped out and re-affirmed everything I had just been told and tried to blame it on the fires in NORTHERN CA, then asked "So what do you want US to do?", and I said "CALL THE DMV!!!!! Like I PAID you to do!". That's when I was told the DMV will only speak to the "registered owner" and not the people who ORDERED my title, which is a complete lie. I just lost my job today and need to sell the bike.... only I have no title cause they took the old one. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They'll just try to charge YOU for someone else's error! I'm also sharing this on Facebook and to my 21,000 IG followers. Learn some customer service and stop being lazy! Read the negative reviews on Yelp. Same negative experiences as me.
