We were one of Peak Communications first Real Estate Development clients almost 20 years ago. Our unique projects included marketing the family housing on decommissioned Military Bases in Haida Gwaii, Nova Scotia and New York State. We also marketed the housing in resource towns including Gold River and Tumbler Ridge BC. Alyn Edwards and Ross Sullivan, of Peak Communications were able to obtain media interest from newspaper, magazine, and television and assist media in telling the positive story of the opportunity of the affordable real estate in these picturesque communities, and the story of the new residents they were attracting. One of the ways Peak Communications helped convey the story was with the film footage that they created of the local area and residents, that we used in our marketing videos and which they also made available to the media. The positive media exposure complimented our advertising, reducing our marketing expenses and greatly helped with the momentum of sales.
