I hope not to go back again. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. They do not have manners how to talk with the people. It is supposed to be there to help the people not to be rude with us. That's the worst place to go to.

Went in here and was treated immediately with unkindess by the staff. Library is supposed to be open until 5. Got there at 2:45 and was told I had to get out because the computers were down. I didn't even want to check anything out, just wanted to browse the stacks, no need for a computer for that. The library is supposed to be a safe space, not supposed to be somewhere where people are rude to you. Will never be going to this library again. Woodbridge Library much better, nicer and bigger anyway.

The Old man that was helping me was being rude for no reason I walked in there he explained everything about a library card which i found interesting but then he said "I doubt you were listening to anything i just said." why would you tell someone that? it doesn't matter if you generally don't think i'm interested. In a place where you interact with a customer you should really keep that to yourself it really showed the lack of social skills the guy at the counter had and I doubt I'll go over there anytime soon

My kids love going to the library! Ms. Tiffany and the other librarians are wonderful with the kids and make great suggestion on what to read for their grade level. Since the refurbishment was completed, they have added new children's books. Adult library looks great!
