Peterson was in charge of work on a development next to our property. The foreman, Craig Johnson, bent over backwards to communicate to me and my wife what to expect during construction on what could have been a contentious situation (driveway access, plant damage, noise, etc). At every turn, he and Peterson staff have been helpful and attentive.

Peterson Companies, I want you to know what a pleasure it was working with your company the summer of 2017 for Phase II of our Pavement Reconstruction project. I honestly did not think companys like you existed anymore. From the perfectly lined up heavy equipment to the perfectly laid erosion control socks really showed the character of all of your employees and the pride they take in working for your company. These things were noticed! The consideration, cooperation and communication with the project management team made this project run smooth even with the complications we hit. I had very high hopes when starting with Peterson Companies. They have a reputation for great service in the Forest Lake community. My first phone call went perfect, just few minutes to get some details about the project and a promise of a call back to setup an appointment. A week and a half goes by no call back.... I give them a call and get the "We are super busy story" they are likely very busy but there is no room for excuses in business. I finally get an appointment scheduled. Great!A gentlemen shows up on time and gets the details of my project. Awesome to work with, very nice, I was very happy. He tells me I should have a quote in seven days. Then almost a month goes by.... No estimate, No phone call, nothing. I give them another call and once again get the "We are super busy story" and a promise Peterson himself would be calling me. A few hours go by and I get a phone call from the "leader of the residential" who tells me they can't do half the project. WHAT!!!!!They didn't seem very concerned about losing the business.(Super Busy......) Plenty of other people to choose from I guess.
