I have been buying home, vehicle and other policies from this office for many many years. I work with the girls in the office 3-4 times a year. Everything has always been handled in a friendly and professional manner. When we had a roof damage claim last fall, the agent had his office take care of it immediately. My neighbor had a claim on his roof at the same time and his insurance company sent an estimator from New York (not kidding) and promised him the moon. Turned out his claim became a fiasco and took him multiple meetings to get the claim settled. I'm sticking with State Farm! PS: I just read the review from another person. He must have been in a bad mood that day. All his reviews are bad. Hope he doesn't walk into my business!
