We ordered our pins on May 24th and it's now June 20th and still no pins. We have been told several times that they would be shipped out but no pins have arrived!

I ordered pins from Pin Depot on May 16, 2018, and as of today (June 11) they have still not arrived. I called the company several times over the last week attempting to get a tracking number ... I was given dismissive apologies and was not emailed or called back as promised. When I spoke with Cary Watson, the manager, today - the same man who had emailed me confirming my ship date would be June 1 - he essentially said there was nothing they could do, though he could "hook me up" with a deal on the next order. He did eventually get me a tracking number, which shows our pins are still in China. Do not believe the "pins in 10 days" claim. Horrible business with awful customer service and policies.

We've been doing business with Pin Depot since 2009. The service and the quality of their work are always impeccable. We just placed a new order over the holiday season and the production was done on time as promised. Great work!

What a miserable experience. We had 500 custom coins made for a conference. They misspelled our support@ email address (after it being on the coin 4 times). Cary, insisted they canceled the order, but instead shipped it out to our conference and didn't let me know. I even asked for photos of the coins before they shipped, which he didn't send until 2 days after shipment. The photos sent clearly show the mistake but Cary said they were fine. Even when I was trying to get this resolved, he kept interrupting me and is trying to hide behind their T&C. Save yourself the headache and choose a different company. wish I could give them 0 out of 5.

This is not a good company to order pins from. I've placed an order for 100 label pins early July, it's late Aug and I have not received the pins as of yet. The order was shipped incorrectly several times. I did not receive the pins in-time for a very important meeting engagement. Not a reliable company! Do not trust this company!

I purchased an order of 100 pins based on my design from pin depot. customer service was superb and the quality of the products were unbelievably accurate to the proof. Such a pleasant experience, i have two more orders coming in soon. can't wait!! Thanks Pindepot!!!!
