Thinus,I refer to your last email dated 19 March 2019 and acknowledgement that the deposit of R33500.00, will be refunded. Two months have now passed and have to date not yet received your refund, any explanation as to why the delay and or request to make arrangement to settle.Please as a matter of urgency advise when I can expect your payment.RegardsChristiaan************************************************************************Dear prospective customerFRAUD ALERT!!!!Please be very careful when considering to do business with Pixel Perfect Interactive. They will tell you that they are highly experienced and highly capable with more than 10 years industry experience, no request/job is impossible or to difficult... They will take your deposit and will not deliver on what they have agreed, as they are neither capable and or able to deliver on what they promise. The owner Thinus Du Plessis, will continue to make promises which neither he or any of his staff can/ will deliver on. They where asked to develop a new website, almost a year later, after many promises, and assurances that they can do the work, Thinus(the owner) decided to suspend work and now refuse to refund the deposit paid. Steer clear.. i really regret that i wasted my time and money with this group of unprofessional, incapable people.******Please further note that half of the reviews have been submited by Pixel Perfect Interactive staff to bumpup ratings.
