After an issue went unresolved after 5 phone calls, I wrote a letter to management and got a nice reply, a phone call and I believe the issue resolved. Nice to know that at least management can come through in a pinch.

Terrible customer service operations. I tried to start delivery service with them and I have called 4 times now because I still haven't gotten a paper in 7 days. Finally today I asked for a supervisor (Mr. Williams) and he told me my payment over the phone never went through. Since I know I have the money in the account, the person who took my information must have written a # down wrong. So, I asked him why it took 4 calls for someone to know this. He had no answer. I asked him why someone didn't call me back and he said they don't do that. OMG really? Since I wasn't at a computer to check my bank account, I couldn't resolve in that call and I am not calling again. Keep your paper, Pocono Record. The supervisor should have handled that better. In the past, I always mailed my payment by check. I previously got delivery for 8 years with no payment problem. He should have offered that as a solution and restart my delivery in good faith. Now that would be a better solution and better customer service.

The worst staff a business can have. Rating the business side of it. Had to call credit card company to get money owed for months with no delivery after being promised refund numerous times

Pocono Record for advertisement would not recommend, go someplace else to advertise in paper. Never put in my advertisement on the last 2 days it supposed to be in paper. I've been trying to contact Courtney who was handling my advertisement, I called and even emailed to why my advertisement was not published. I have not gotten any response, this is very unprofessional for such a big newspaper. Don't waste your money go somelace else.
