Pomerantz Marketing took an idea and turned it into a reality by creating an identity for Annapolis Pride. In just a few short weeks Annapolis Pride went viral on Facebook, the Mayor declared June as LGBTQ+ Pride Month, and we're now planning for an inaugural Pride Parade and Festival in 2019. I'm the Communications Specialist for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, and have been working with Pomerantz since January on our 2018 Marketing Initiative. Pomerantz is doing this work for us pro-bono as a part of their Pom in the Community program. Kathy and her staff have been so amazing, and have treated us just like they would paying clients. They have spent time getting to know us and our organization, brainstorming new and fresh ideas, and really understanding what we need from them to be successful. They have gone above and beyond to help create a strategy that will help the Alliance spread the word about our critical mission.
