Overall Feedback:

The staff were hateful and unhelpful. I'd wager it has something to do with their line of work, but two of the three employees weren't doing anything. The one helping us transfer our drivers licenses had a weird attitude. I don't think snide or mean. But very.. Unfriendly. Not even blunt, it was worse than blunt. And in the end it cost us $100 total to transfer our licenses. Not sure if that's a state thing or a Ponca thing. It was atrocious overall. I hope this becomes an online thing. Never want to step in there ever again.
