Arrived an hour early and was loaded before my appointment time. Employees were pretty cool and got me loaded quick. Knocking off two stars because of the stupid policy regarding idling the truck (or running an APU). In spite of having 2 wheel chocks and a lock on the air line, you’re still required to completely drop the trailer and pull away if you want to idle.. Including if you want to run your APU!! APU, not connected to anything driveline related, can’t move the truck an inch if it ran at high RPMs for days, and this company’s safety department still won’t allow it to run unless you drop the trailer. ♂️ Here’s an idea for the safety department.. shut off your office AC in the middle of summer and experience what you want us to deal with! Start treating drivers better or your product doesn’t make it to market!
