ATTENTION FUTURE IHSS PROVIDERS or people in general who need to get a live scan done: This is the place to go!!! They were wonderful; courteous, patient, very professional and explained things a lot more thoroughly than the IHSS orientation did. And yes, you can open the envelope, YOU SHOULD... Because you have paperwork that needs to be filled out in advance... Getting fingerprinted here was a quick process and the woman who did them for me was very professional; excellent at using the computer program and SUPER knowledgeable on the entire process. ALSO, my fingerprints came back in 3 days; I received my IHSS approval letter in exactly one week.100% RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS TO GET A LIVE SCAN!!!
