We're a small business in downtown New Bedford and had reached out to Poyant to get a sign made. After my call was not returned, I went in person to their facility and discussed what we're interested in. After good initial customer service, we proceeded to be ignored for weeks. Repeated requests for updates on a quote were met with responses they were busy and always would expect to see a quote "next week," week after week. After they asked us for a design from a DIFFERENT sign company to expedite the process, we continued to wait. In the last two weeks I have left multiple voicemails and emails and received ZERO response. After 6 weeks from my reaching out initially, I am beyond fed up. Perhaps we aren't a significant enough client to interest them but it is incredibly unprofessional to completely ignore a potential customer seeking a $3,000-4,000 job. Look elsewhere for a company who will appreciate your business.
