I have printed here multiple times from invitations to projects. I normally have dealt with a woman who was extremely nice! Also the man who seems to be more in charge is very nice as well. Today I went to print a 8x10 photo project for a retirement party. Because I needed a glossy 8x10 page, I went to the counter for help. I said I needed to print and the man (I haven't seen him before) told me to go use the computers. I told him I just needed to get a piece of glossy paper that would be big enough for an 8x10, so he took my flash drive. Told me, $1 charge to take the file off the USB...ok, thats fine (terrible policy but thats fine). Well he printed it and all was good and my total was $2, only thing was except my 8x10 print was on a bigger sheet, so I asked him if he could cut it down (less than an inch on all four sides) for a flush cut. He said yes with a charge (policy, I get it) . Brought it back to me my total was $4 and yet my print still had pieces of an edged the border, and he seemed so annoyed when I nicely asked him to trim it down. IF IM PAYING $2 for you to do the less than a half inch cuts you better believe its done right.Wish I could have been helped by someone else with actual customer service, and who knew what they were doing. I have a graphic design degree and know what is hard or not hard in printing, and just what a sloppy job is.
