The marketing and business skills I gained were invaluable during my four years as a tour manager. These experiences proved to be a launchpad for my future career in business. Through the Pro Motion team, I developed meaningful connections at several large corporations which led to a job offer after my tour ended! The top-notch team at Pro Motion supported me both throughout and after my time with the company. I’m truly grateful for everything the company and their team has done for me. If you want more than just a gig, I highly recommend this company. It’s an A+ group of people who make it happen!

I've worked several campaigns with several different agencies and I love sharing my experiences about working with Pro Motion, Inc.I've always seen the leadership in the office treat their employees and tour teams with respect. There hasn't been a time when I felt I didn't have the support or resources needed to do my job. I appreciate the standards Pro Motion has for their work as it's definitely displayed through their core values every time I work with them. Many of the people who I talk to after working with them say the same. There's a reason they've been in business for so long and have a great track record. There are certain companies in this industry that you'll always remember and be happy to work for. I'm happy to say Pro Motion, Inc. is one of those companies.

TOUR MANAGERS BEWARE!!TSC Tour- I am here to warn future tour managers about the TSC tour. As one of the worst gigs I have worked with I feel I need to share. you will only receive 1-2 full days off a month at most. expect to work grueling hours. they will say they will hire BA's to assist. but that rarely happens. They will also try and find ways to take your bonus away. whether its through firing you or telling you that you don't deserve the full amount or even just hold it over your head while they try to manipulate you into going above and beyond. I also feel the need to note that The BA Company that ProMotion uses is owned by one of the secretaries and her sister. but yet they can rarely find BA's to help.Add this company to your blacklist, I know that I, and many other tour managers over the past few years will never return to work for ProMotion.The Owner owns a Psychology Degree (Congrats?) and will try to manipulate. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Pro Motion is my hands down choice for a company to work with. The staff and owner are very hands on and professional, yet still make you feel like family as apposed to a number. I absolutely can not say enough good things about Pro Motion!

The entire team at ProMotion is like family to us! My husband and I have worked for them since we started managing promotional tours over 7 years ago - and they are the top in the industry! Cathi and Steve are truly professionals at what they do - and they manage to make hard work a FUN experience. I couldn't recommend them enough!

They create an environment where everyone involved feels like part of a family! Every opportunity presented to me throughout my experiential marketing career has been a result of the training and philosophies I learned directly from working with them!I can't imagine who I would be today without the lessons, adventures, support and friendships that I've experienced thanks to PMI!
