This was the best swag purchasing experience I've ever had. Even before I completed placing my order, I received a phone call from a Promo Direct associate who wanted to make sure my order was all set. The ordering and production process was extremely fast and smooth. . . almost too smooth. I was nervous about how the bags would actually turn out, but they are fabulous! The color of the bag is perfect for the company and the lines were all clean (no blurred edges or splatters). THEN! I received a "Thank You" note. Promo Direct really goes above and beyond. I don't think I'll order anywhere else for customized event items. Quality, price, and service - they check all the boxes. :)

Can't say enough good things about Promo Direct. I needed products fast and Chris Escarte end up with me and my crazy fast demands and handled it like a Pro. Was able to fine tune my logo and had the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. You have a life long customer!! THANK YOU!

I am a part of a wonderful team helping Alzheimer's residents in Vista, Ca. We are constantly ordering new promotional items for our team and for the public. Christopher, one of Promo Direct's enthusiastic employees, has been more than helpful when it comes to placing orders. Our community had a short deadline, and Christopher did everything possible to help us have our products in time. Promo Direct's customer service is more than great, their pricing is exceptional, and we have always received quality products.
