I was very disappointed with the management here. I was refferred to this business from my new company to monogram a few items where it is always been $10 per item. Under the new management they doubled the price to $20. Employee Jackie was amazing and attempted to honor the lower price but her manager refused to offer a competitive price that many of my colleagues have used in the past. I personally feel the owner is greedy and not offering competitive pricing and I would not recommend giving your business to this company.
