The management cares less about loud talking. They don't have a solid policy of keeping chatter outside. It is unfortunate because the desks and the adjustable led lights on them make it a great place to study/read, except for the staff's negligence about the loud chatter, although they are nice and polite. The manager should be more conscious because the relatively small size of this library make lengthy chatter even worse.
