PST is great concept, just wish they didn't charge so much $$$. They get richer as we try to improve our lives and step into a better career. The staff is helpful and work with you when you need help. Hopefully someday they can work with departments and other agencies so they do NOT charge so much. Terrible, bureaucratic, unaccommodating company. Left two hours early. Arrived to Kent plenty ahead of time. Office building was not marked with a sign. Tried calling for further directions unsuccessful. Finally located the building but no parking was available. Arrived only 1 minute late and was told that I could not take test. Explained the situation and they would not make any exception whatsoever.

I made the mistake of going to the Lynwood location rather than the Kent location for my test. The staff were all extremely friendly even thought it was I who made the mistake. Pat made arrangements for me to take the exam at the Lynwood location and I was still able to take my test that day. I am very greatful for the accommodations that were made for me and the positivity of the staff makes for a great testing environment. Thanks!- Cora

It's unfortunate the police department uses these people for their initial testing. The physical part of the test is not done efficiently and takes way too long. I've tested with these people more than once, and every time it's the same long wait.

The whole entry into the public safety arena seems to take far too long. However, the employees at the testing facility were always nice and helpful.

I've taken this test 3 times. The first time, I only selected 4 departments, because I wasn't sure how well I'd do and I didn't want to break the bank. I scored a 92.3! When I was eligible to take it 6 months later, I spent over $250 and signed up for numerous departments, only to receive an 82.3. What? Disappointed because that score is not enough to receive even a glance from a department, I waited a year to take it again, this time paying even more. My result? 79.66. Same test every time, yet the more $$$ I spend, the worse I do. I consistently get interviews and top test scores with other agencies. I feel this test is an absolute scam and will not pay to take it ever again.
