I’ve been here a few months now. Mary called me to screen me and to set up the interview. She was very nice. I came in and interviewed with Ken, one of our supervisors. They called me in 2 days and let me know I had the job. Kirsten in HR trained us on the company policies and then Gerald trained me on my first campaign. They let me listen to another agent making calls before I got on the phones the next day because I was a bit nervous. The company has luncheons (one time per month) where employees get fee lunch and they announce employee of the month. Another agent, Bonnie reads a list of jokes of the month before we eat. They are dry but funny. Everyone is in a good mood on the day of the luncheon. I set appointments. We get a commission per appointment set which helps build your paycheck. Sometimes they days are long when you’re not getting as many appointments as you hoped or if someone is having a bad day and takes it out on you on the phone.

Lots of different types of work to do - sales, customer support, or both once you're established. Good commission structure and fun atmosphere. Floor management works to make new hires successful - much different than the sink-or-swim style I've encountered at similar jobs.

Place is a joke. They will mess up your paycheck and fire you for any reason. Nice people and co-workers though. I quit they said I made 500 for 2 weeks I put in 80 hours but my paycheck said i only put In 50 hours. Two weeks 12.50 a hour and only a 500 paycheck yeah you do the math, it was bs I left in a heartbeat.

I felt dumb working there. Lol. Too much too learn. It was easy but i still had trouble learning somethings. Ashlyn was a good manager, but there was not enough managers in that place. Im a hairstylist so that place was not for me at all.

QCSS is by far the best establishment I have ever worked for. This is the first time in all of my years of working feeling apart of a company. The atmosphere is amazing everyone here is extremely nice. The owner is so down to earth and welcoming. All of the managers on the floor or helpful and will go over and beyond to make sure the staff have all the knowledge that they need to succeed. You will never feel like you’re on your own when starting a new campaign.I always wanted a job that I can go to and feel like I don’t need a vacation from it. Starting here at QCSS I finally achieved my goal.
