Overall Feedback:

My family and I booked 2 rooms and stayed for a total of 4 days. It wasn't a horrible experience but it is far from the best. We had a few earwigs crawl up from the drain of the sink -uncontrollable I know but this wasn't our first bug encounter.The room service was fine. One of the days we denied room cleaning service all because we had luggage and clothes everywhere. Having a 18 year old and a 8 year old in the room makes it hard to keep things organized and not all over the room. Well the room service cleaning lady wasn't very happy with that and was rude about exchanging our towels for that very reason. The next day we had our room somewhat organized to where we did need them to come in and change the sheets and whatever else they do. When we came back the bathroom was all nice and clean the bed was made but there was 2 bugs on our freshly made bed. (I dont know what kind of bugs ) unfortunately when something was said to front desk we were informed they will pass that on to Management but they cant do anything because it was late at night. We just left it at that. Lastly, Saturday morning the complimentary breakfast said it goes to 10 on the wall. 9:00 my mother went down to eat and everything was all cleaned up. My mother questioned the young gentleman whom was on staff about the sign and wondering if maybe the sign was wrong or if there was still food somewhere else. He gave her attitude about having to go warm more food up and told her to wait in the lobby and he will get more. My mother waited for 45 minutes along with another hotel guest whom wasn't in our party waiting on him to bring back food as they watched him focus on other things like sweeping the breakfast room before bringing out any sort of food. They ended up getting cold eggs and breakfast potatoes for breakfast.
