We were with Briggs for several years and when we informed them that we were not happy with the car insurance they set up for us they did nothing to correct it. Along with not returning calls I was informed that when I left Briggs that my refund check from the car insurance was very small because the agent placed submitted a code to cause this. Briggs I feel don't help save their clients money nor care totally. I am now insured by USAA and saving.
