I use RS Gilmore for my personal home and auto policies and recently switched my commercial policies (general liability, automobile for a fleet of 12 vehicles, umbrella and workers' compensation) to them. Mike Michel was able to save us about 40% on our personal policies and 20% on our commercial policies compared to our previous agent. On top of saving us thousands of dollars each year, the team has also provided us with exceptional customer service. They not only reviewed all of our limits to make sure we have the right policies in place, but they also provided us with access to two Account Manager's who are only a phone call away. Even as a partner/owner, Mike Michel is always available to us, and is willing to go out of his way to do whatever it takes to keep us happy.
