To whom it may concern,I called last week to speak to HR and spoke to a receptionist. I can’t recall her name because she would never tell me. She was very rude. I asked to speak to someone in HR and she wanted me to tell her word for word what I wanted to talk to HR about. I found that to be a violation of privacy. When I asked if she could transfer me to someone else, she hung up in my face. Unprofessional. Over the past several months I asked to get paid early because I lost a love one and needed to get to Mississippi. I am in Dallas, Texas. I don’t understand how this company cannot pay me early but can pay me late. I get paid Friday’s and due to a mistake by your office I have to wait until the following Monday. I called for answers. This has been a huge inconvenience and has put me in a financial crisis. I have never worked for an establishment that made a mistake and didn’t correct it right away. This is by far the worst employer I’ve ever had. I’m in distress because I have no food and I work too hard not to get paid on time. I have asked to get paid early or even an advance a few times over the 7 month period. Each time I was denied and ended up being evicted and losing my family. I now live in a hotel. I wish I could talk to someone over/in HR to make me understand HOW CAN YOU PAY ME LATE BUT NOT EARLY. PLEASE HELP! I do believe the agency/HR GM regional manager did their best to get me paid before Monday. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I work very HARD and I am a dependable worker.
