Today we made the embarrassing mistake of locking ourselves out of our rental, including our car keys!One quick phone call to Ray White Kiama, and they made what could have been a terrible situation a pleasant experience. A few minutes on hold and one of their friendly staff offered to drive the hour and a half round trip from Kiama to Wollongong, to save the day.Through every experience you have been friendly and go the extra to help us out.Thank you!
