Service is great so long as it's up. Problem is, it seems it only goes down after 5 PM or on the weekend. Guess what, it's going to stay down until the next business day when you can get them on the phone as there is no such thing as after hours support. Here I sit on Saturday afternoon with no internet and won't be able to get it restored until Monday. Have been with them for several years but they know they have you hostage if you're using their service so there's no incentive for them to actually provide the "Excellent Technical Support" they claim on their website. It may be excellent so long as you only have an issue 8-5 Monday through Friday. Thankful it's available, but it's less than half the speed of similar services in other rural areas of South Louisiana at twice the price. Sucks being held hostage because your house sits too far off the road.
