When we were looking to rebrand our company, we struggled with what the process might look like and how it would happen. After talking to a couple "marketing" firms we accepted the invitation to come and spend an hour at the table with them. That alone helped us understand this was going to be a bigger undertaking than we first anticipated. At that meeting we were also introduced to a firm that could appreciate where we were coming from and what we were hoping to accomplish. They presented a very clear picture of what they though needed to be done, how we could work together towards it and were willing to coach us as we ventured into an area of business that was somewhat foreign to us. From that point on we have had no regrets. All our dealings with them have been extremely positive and their entire team has been a pleasure to work with. Having originally thought this would be a one time project we have seen the value in what they offer and now anticipate a long term working relationship with Reaction.
