I had hired Red Olive to do some seo for me many years ago and during that time they transferred a website I had over to one of their custom Wordpress themes they developed. I went in the other day to my Wordpress site to make some changes and the theme was not working very well (it never really did function smoothly but I could usually get things to work out after some serious tinkering), but after attempting to switch out a logo; I could make zero adjustments through the editor aspect.This is when I called them up the next business day and left a message as far as requesting to see if Red Olive could help me troubleshoot the issue by either having an updated zip file to upload or through any other means necessary.What happened is they just ignored me. It has been over a week now and they never even called back!This is not how I want to be treated nor think a customer should be. I decided to move on to another Wordpress theme that will not be as "buggy" and has the support staff on call to help when a question arises. I'd be more than happy to take this poor review down if Red Olive is willing to make right the wrong. However, since they were given the chance to do this with a phone call and decided to do nothing...the only way I see them being able to fix it now is to reimburse me the money it is costing me to upgrade my theme by a company I hired to do so.PS - Before calling Red Olive for assistance, I spoke with my hosting company and did everything humanly possible until we realized that their custom theme was most likely outdated and not compatible with current PHP and Wordpress requirements. I do not think it was unreasonable for me to call Red Olive to ask and see what could be the problem...and to ask for some help in troubleshooting their custom theme with me.::EDIT UPDATE::I never left a voicemail...I spoke with your front desk receptionist early in the morning who said that someone would speak with me later on in the afternoon when an employee actually arrives. Lastly, how would it benefit me to contact Braydn if you have already admitted that all you can do is offer a maintenance plan? Especially if I have already mentioned that I had to go with a different provider to solve this issue. So again, the only solution at this point is to reimburse me for the cost of having to use a different website developer to solve my Red Olive custom faulty website.
