Our experience working with Red Sequoia was fantastic. They were attentive, inquisitive, responsive, patient, and pro-active throughout the entire process.Our website required integration with a web-based advocacy tool that Red Sequoia had not previously worked with. Their developers reached out to the developers of the advocacy tool to learn the best way to integrate the product to achieve the design and functionality that we needed. Red Sequoia also translated some of the "tech talk" to us so that we fully understood what was going on.Red Sequoia prepared an easy-to-read-and-edit training manual for our team to document all the processes of maintaining our site on our own. It was important for us to be able to do so easily and frequently; the structure of our old site made this a serious chore. They also walked us step-by-step (and webpage-by-webpage) through the process of search engine optimization, helping us to write the best content for the best ranking in search results. We appreciated their patience with this because SEO was foreign concept to us.After the project, Red Sequoia did not disappear. They are still available for questions, have a very reasonable annual maintenance retainer, and have provided design and function updates at a reasonable cost. Overall, we are very pleased with our new website (we've received a lot of compliments!), Red Sequoia's quality of service and professionalism, and we could not have picked a better firm to work with on our project.
