I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. The other insurance stated they were assuming full responsibility and I thought that was it. "Flo" and her crew dodged my phone calls for 3 weeks. If it hadn't been for Reggie, Amanda, and the rest of my team at State Farm I would have been without a car. They really saved my butt. I got the repairs I wanted at the location I wanted and my car is back on the road. I made multiple calls to State Farm and they ALWAYS answered and took care of all my concerns. I made the right choice in insurance. I learned that being "progressive" in name doesn't translate to customer service and quality like State Farm.
