I have now had problems with making payments on this site twice. It tells you everything went through, but when you check your accounts, NOTHING has gone out. It can't be trusted. Unfortunately it falls on the taxpayer to follow-up to make sure the computer system actually worked. We should be able to pay with credit card on this site as well. The employees are friendly and helpful, but the system is terrible. It's already bad enough we have to pay out the nose to live here due to RITA.
