There is so much to say about this AMAZING Realtor. Matt is the best out there. We found our forever home with Matt and needed to get our current home sold! Matt was there for all of my crazy questions and provided me with the best advice (any time of the day?)!! Our experience with our buyers was a rollercoaster but we couldn't do it without Matt. He was very professional and he worked hard to keep our stress level to a minimum! I am a high stress and need things down right away and Matt was great at dealing with my crazyness! He is so patient and if we ever need a realtor MATT IS THE MAN!!!

This was my second home buying experience. Brad went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor or Broker based off of previous experiences and horror stories from friends and family. He was extremely proactive and even assisted my realtor in Florida with the sale of my old house while working to get me into my new one. I could not have asked for a better person to help me with my home buying venture. He was extremely personable and I will be going to him when I am ready to purchase another home.

Mike was very knowledgeable of the residential marketplace, both for selling our existing home and purchasing our new home. Mike had our house listed on a Friday and it was sold on Monday. He had great insight into the construction market in the Northland and knew where we could get the best deal for our new home. Mike was very, very responsive anytime we wanted to look at a property and got us in there immediately. We highly recommend Mike and his team if you're looking to buy or sell.
