Checked out keys to go view property on my lunch break and they gave me a storage key (THAT SAID STORAGE KEY). They insisted that the storage key worked for the front and side door (WHICH IT DIDNT). Very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Terrible experience. Took time off work to view a rental property listed, told upon picking up keys to view that the house was not move in ready. The house was filthy, all walls needed painting and carpet was disgusting. The house stunk terribly. When returning keys was told they would not paint or do anything else as it was cosmetic, & couldn't give us an available date for move in, to check back in a few weeks. I felt as though it wasn't a high priority for the property management employee to secure a renter for the home owner. The house shouldn't be listed as ready as of 8/01/18 when in fact it's no where near move in ready.

Probably the worst rental company i've come in contact with. They pit buyers against each other in an effort to get a home sold/rented faster. Awful awful experience!!! I would recommend any other rental company in Fayetteville/ Hope Mills before them!!!
