We did our online research before we decided to list our Big Bear Cabin, wanted to find the best realtor. We did find that in The Bob Angilella Team. Cabin was sold within 2 weeks for asking price, then super smooth experience after that. Everything takes place online, Bob and team were always available, couldn't be more pleased. Definitely our go-to realtor should we decide to purchase in Big Bear again.

He negotiated all three offers with integrity and the utmost professionalism. After accepting one offer, his team took care of all our needs, including communication throughout the entire process. Bob Angilella Team is extraordinary! I have been a Broker in AZ for over 15 years. Rarely do I encounter agents that "blow me away". Bob successfully proved to me why he is the best of the best. Most agents can put a sign up, put your home in the MLS, and pray for a deal. Very few to none, can display the level of professionalism and service Bob and his team delivered. He was confident, accurate, responsive, and knowledgeable. I thought it would take months to sell. Bob prices his homes, "right and tight" to get the best offer. Well it worked. In less than 24 hours I had an offer above asking price and it was clean! Many would say, "he priced it too low". I have priced hundreds of properties and I felt he was spot on. Truth be told I doubted I would get what we did. He negotiates the deal like a pro and always had my best interest as the top priority. The team communicates efficiently and professionally. I can tell you, there is an agent on every corner, but none are Bob Angilella!
