Bob Angilella Team is extraordinary! I have been a Broker in AZ for over 15 years. Rarely do I encounter agents that "blow me away". Bob successfully proved to me why he is the best of the best. Most agents can put a sign up, put your home in the MLS, and pray for a deal. Very few to none, can display the level of professionalism and service Bob and his team delivered. He was confident, accurate, responsive, and knowledgeable. I thought it would take months to sell. Bob prices his homes, "right and tight" to get the best offer. Well it worked. In less than 24 hours I had an offer above asking price and it was clean! Many would say, "he priced it too low". I have priced hundreds of properties and I felt he was spot on. Truth be told I doubted I would get what we did. He negotiates the deal like a pro and always had my best interest as the top priority. The team communicates efficiently and professionally.
