Rhino PR delivered excellent service and produced valuable results when they conducted our first client satisfaction survey. Not only did Rhino execute the survey in a professional and respectful manner – making our clients feel their voice was valued and appreciated – but they then compiled the survey results into a presentation that was well-received by our senior leadership, including our new president/CEO.
