This agent, and their employees are absolutely horrible. They are impolite with agents outside of their town. When we tried to clear up an issue with our account which had been closed WITHOUT being alerted. They stated they had sent out a letter about the cancelles but as of yet we have never recieved this underwritten letter OR been able to receive it through our local agent because they refuse to cooperate with fellow State farm Insurance agents! DO NOT do business with these people.
