I recently ended my use of this agent for my vehicle and rental insurance. They were not able to explain why my monthly payments had increased 30% over the last six months (no accidents, tickets). While I have worked with straight-forward State Farm agents in the past, Sunde does not fall into this category. This is a grimy, slimy, deceptive outfit...luckily there are other insurance agents in Vermillion and online. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Horrible customer service. The lady who works there, Sally, is completely incompetent. She never does anything she says she'll do. When I switched my policy after moving here from a different state, I waited two weeks for a phone call. I had to call in again just for her to tell me that she had received the paperwork from the other state's office, but had forgotten to let me know. She needs to get fired.Do not, under any circumstances, go to this place for your insurance needs.

Asked for a quote on Monday. Lady said she would do it the next day. It is now nine day past and no quote. Evidently they don't need any more clients. just went elsewhere for my insurance needs.
