I just met with Rick yesterday and he spent an hour and half explaining my home owners policy.Rick has always came on to me that he worked for me and was appreciative of my business.I trust rick is the reason i have insurance with him.He is a Christian as i am too and that makes me more comfortable dealing with Rick.State Farm is a very large company,but i look on the local level and State Farm is Rick Brockett in my town.He has wonderful people working for him and one i want to mention is Sue Gates.Sue always goes over and beyond when i have a question.Keep doing business as you are and i will stay connected with State Farm

I have had State Farm insurance since I was old enough to drive a car and have had the service of Rick's office for almost 20 years. I have never once had any issues with his office. On the contrary, Rick and his staff have always been so wonderful to deal with. I've used their notary service countless times. I've used their towing coverage several times as well. I have my house, cars, and life insurance through this company. Rick and staff helped me through a rough time several years ago as well. Just yesterday I spent an hour with Rick going over different banking options they offer and am excited to get started. There's nothing better than having an agent right here in town that you can talk to face to face. Thank you to Rick and staff for taking great care of me and my family.

I had some damage when a tree fell on my garage and smashed the roof, and my truck. No hassle on this one. Took some pictures and e-mailed them to the office. Got an estimate and they did all the rest. Rick negotiated a price with the contractor for repairs and then wrote me a check for everything but the deductible. I even got paid for my time doing the cleanup around my building. My vehicle was handled in a similar fashion. I got some estimates and Rick wrote me a check. Then they arranged for a rental car while my truck is in the shop. First claim I had in 20 years but all is going smoothly so far.Thank you all at State Farm.
