I had some damage when a tree fell on my garage and smashed the roof, and my truck. No hassle on this one. Took some pictures and e-mailed them to the office. Got an estimate and they did all the rest. Rick negotiated a price with the contractor for repairs and then wrote me a check for everything but the deductible. I even got paid for my time doing the cleanup around my building. My vehicle was handled in a similar fashion. I got some estimates and Rick wrote me a check. Then they arranged for a rental car while my truck is in the shop. First claim I had in 20 years but all is going smoothly so far.Thank you all at State Farm.
